The Meek Shall inherit the Earth
Blessed are those who are humble,
those who are submissive and meek
those who submit themselves to God
who’s will ~ they obediently seek.
Blessed are those who are gentle,
those who are patient and considerate
those who are rarely provoked
who hold restrain and are moderate.
Blessed are those who are tranquil,
those who are calm and serene
those who are unruffled and relaxed
who God’s peace they quietly glean.
Blessed are those who are gracious,
those who are forgiving and kind
those who are polite and respectful
who love with their whole heart and mind.
Blessed are those who are meek,
those who don’t grumble or complain
those who accept what God offers
who endure the good with the pain.
Blessed are those who are humble,
those who live under God’s control
the earth is theirs to inherit . . .
for they love Him with all of their soul!
