WHAT FAITH CAN DO


As Peter stepping out on water,
His eyes looking only to you,
He experienced a miracle,
That is what faith can do.

Jesus,you wanted to show us,
To trust completely and believe,
Not to let go of the grip of fear,
Your heart it must grieve.

In the flesh, we are weak,
Our minds are so small,
But with you Jesus, our Lord,
You have conquered all.

Give us the faith like David,
He followed what you said to do,
He killed Goliath,
Totally depending on you.

If we remember your miracles,
Raising Lazarus, one of a few,
How almighty you are, Lord,
To make a life brand new.

With a mustard seed of faith,
And completely trusting you.
You said we could move mountains,
That is what I long to do.

Give me more faith, Lord,
The future you hold in your hand,
While I wait on you,
Till I reach the Promised Land.
